Beverly Matthews, MS, LPC – Therapist, Coach and Trainer
Beverly Matthews is a former executive who is now a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach and has had a private counseling and coaching practice for over 16 years. She has advanced training in hypnotherapy, breathwork, and shamanic energy healing modalities. Her specialty areas include: childhood abuse, trauma issues, prenatal and perinatal shock in children and adults, anxiety, stress, business and personal relationship coaching, addictions, codependency, and eating disorders. She uses her intuitive skills to link current problems with the understanding of life lessons and human development.
She works with individual clients and couples in the office, by phone or video conferencing via Skype or Oovoo. She also facilitates personal growth groups and professional trainings.
She is a clinical supervisor and trainer and has trained and supervised therapists around the country in hypnotherapy and other experiential therapies for over 16 years. She currently offers trainings for clinical therapists as well as clinical supervision for LPC candidates in Georgia.
Beverly has studied and practiced many forms of spirituality and enjoys Native American ceremonies, meditation, chanting, African drumming, spending time in nature, time for quiet reflection, and having lots of play time in her life.

G. Pat Stogner, M.Ed., LMFT- Therapist, and trainer
Pat Stogner has been a therapist in the Atlanta area for over 30 years. He received his Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of Georgia and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Throughout his career he has worked in psychiatric hospital settings, community mental health, corporate settings, private practice and has taught psychology at the undergraduate level. He is currently Co-Director of Shiloah Center where he Is in full time private practice.
As well as being skilled in traditional individual, couples, family and group therapy modalities, Pat has completed advanced training in the experiential therapies of hypnotherapy, breathwork therapy, and psychodrama. He also offers Holographic Memory Resolution® and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Pat has trained therapists in psychodrama and offers meditation retreats, experiential therapy retreats and classes in self-hypnosis. He has also trained couples in using hypnosis for childbirth. He has taught seminars and given presentations in the community on topics such as stress management and couples relationships.
Pat enjoys studying Native American and Eastern spirituality. He believes in the necessity of the physical, mental and spiritual health of the practitioner and addresses these through contact with nature, consultation with colleagues, reading and regular meditation practice.
